What happens after I make the purchase?
Once we receive your order, we will create your fully functional WordPress install with your selected template website, on our server. Once your install is active you will be emailed your login information, as well as tutorial videos to show you how to make it all happen.
Allow 48 hours from purchase time for this process.
What if I get stuck and can't figure it out?
If you get stuck at any point, do not fret – all is not lost. I have upgrade options that allow you to safely bail out of the process and allow me to step in and get your back.
I offer two packages to assist your successful website launch
Template Pro Assist: $1,000
Allows me to take your existing content and populate the template for you.
Content Pro Assist: $500
Allows me to help you generate the content you need. I’ve been creating websites for many years and I know that content can be a major roadblock for a successful website launch.
You can add these packages later if needed.
Can you help me Lauch the Site?
Yes.
After your template is fully populated with your information, I will help you get the website launched.
If this is replacing an existing website, I will need the login info to your domain provider e.g., Go Daddy.
If this is a brand-new website, you will need to purchase a domain. I recommend Go Daddy as they have great support. Then I will need your domain login credentials.
If you have sensitive data with your domain provider, you can add me to the single URL as a technical support administrator.
Can I add users to help me make edits?
You sure can. You are the administrator of your website, you can add additional administrators as needed.
Can I add eCommerce to the site later?
Absolutely. Your site is built on WordPress, which is the most supported web platform on the Internet. It is fully compatible with Woo Commerce, or can be linked to other shopping experiences like Shopify and more.
